Mandatory Equipment (all equipment must be approved for
lacrosse)
- helmet & cage - CSA approved 'hockey'
or NOSCAE
approved 'lacrosse' style
- mouth guard
- shoulder pads
- elbow pads
- knee pads
- gloves (hockey gloves are OK but lacrosse gloves are recommended)
- athletic supporter (jock or jill)
- junior lacrosse stick (a regular lacrosse stick may also be used - refer
to 'Tyke' below

- lacrosse stick - minimum 34 inches overall length (maximum 46 inches)
