SFU Youth Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp

SFU Strength & Conditioning is the answer for team or individual athletes 11 to 18 years of age who want to get stronger, faster and more powerful.  Using a combination of Olympic weightlifting, strength training, speed training and polymetrics, SFU Strength & Conditioning programs are ideal for young athletes looking to improve their athletic performance.  World-class coaching and effective programs have helped SFU athletes yield results such as 635lb squat, 550lb bench press, 350lb power clean, 39-inch vertical and a 4.36 second 40-yard dash.  All high performance camp athletes will learn how to execute proper weightlifting technique, running technique and explosive movements.  These maximum strength skills are the foundation upon which power and speed are built.
